Safeguarding is everything we do in school to keep children safe, healthy and happy so they can focus on learning. All of us share a commitment and responsibility to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people irrespective of the role we hold within our group or our schools.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people refers to the processes of protecting them from harm, preventing the impairment of their health and development, ensuring that we seek to improve the general health and wellbeing of all children and young people in our care and enabling every student to have optimum life chances and enter adulthood successfully.

All post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures, including an online due diligence search, references and satisfactory Criminal Background Checks or equivalent covering the previous 10 years’ employment history.
